When the Tennis Centre at the University of Warwick decided to resurface their four outdoor artificial clay courts, their goal was to enhance both the playability and longevity of the courts. After thorough consideration and consultation with the selected contractor, the ITF-approved Playrite surface, ‘Clayrite MF’, was chosen as the optimal solution.
The key objectives were to provide better protection for all users and ensuring all-year-round access for all Tennis players. The new surface aims to replicate the playability of natural clay while offering the durability and lower maintenance of an artificial surface.
